Try before you buy

Seven complete recipes are available free on our website. We encourage you to download those and cook one or two before purchasing, so you know the book suits your family.

Cancellation

Because delivery is instant and automatic, an order cannot be cancelled once payment is complete.

Refunds

Digital products are generally non-refundable once downloaded. We will, however, issue a full refund in these cases:

• You were charged more than once for the same order
• Payment was taken but no download link was delivered, and we could not resolve it
• The file is corrupted or will not open, and we could not supply a working replacement

To request a refund, email hello@tumyumy.com within 7 days of purchase with your payment ID and a description of the problem.

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned to the original payment method. Your bank may take a further 3–5 working days to reflect the credit.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank. Almost every problem is a delivery issue we can fix the same day.
